Our most comprehensive décor experience, the Elevated Investment is designed for couples seeking a fully styled wedding from ceremony to reception. This investment includes curated design, professional transport to your venue, full on-site setup and placement, and complete teardown following your celebration. From large-scale installations to the smallest thoughtful details, every element is intentionally coordinated and handled so you can enjoy a seamless, high-impact wedding day.

This Investment includes:

Ceremony Decor

• 16 Aisle Styles- Up to three chair sashes, full florals, and greenery each.

• Four “Reserved” signs.

• Send-Off/Toss.

• Archway/Pergola Decor- Up to eight drapery, two floral accents and two floral groupings.

• Flower Girl Basket complete with flower petals matching your wedding color palate.

Reception Decor

• Up to 20 custom centerpieces tailored to your style — options include fresh floral arrangements (additional charges apply, season permitting), faux florals with greenery, lighting and table numbers. Each centerpiece will be coordinated to your event colors and height preferences.

• up to three head table center pieces, lighting, 3 framed photos, table runner, name placement for bride, groom and wedding party.

• Bar Menu, floral accent, cozies.

• Welcome Sign with medium floral installation.

• Card Table Decor- Framed “Thank you” sign, card box, framed photos, floral accent, and lighting.

• Four “Reserved” table signs.

• Table place settings- Includes large plate, small plate, silverware and napkin per guest.

• Two Guest Bathroom Baskets- one of the baskets is specifically tailored for female guests.

Additional details:

• Setup includes placement, fluffing, and final adjustments to ensure cohesive styling and clean presentation.

• Customization: color palette, faux or fresh floral varieties (season permitting), and sign text/colors are selected during planning and final confirmation.

• I will share a chair style chart with you to ensure your aisle style is compatible with your chair style.

• For venues with special access requirements or additional travel distance, extra fees may apply—these fees will be provided in your quote.

‍ ‍ What we need from you 60 days prior to the event:

• Final color palette and sign text.

• Venue contact and delivery/pickup access details. This is when placement and tear-down schedule will be confirmed.

• Any venue restrictions (stapling, open flames, floor protection).

  What we need from you before arrival:

• Prior to our arrival, we ask that the wedding coordinator or designated wedding party members have all ceremony aisle chairs placed, reception tables and chairs placed, all tablecloths placed (tablecloth placement available for an additional fee).
